Hotels in Buenos Aires. You have many different hotels to stay during your visit to Buenos Aires. The city have lots of very nice and well located Hotels in great areas. You have from refined five star hotels to cheap Bed & Breadfast for younger ones. My fauvorites are small design hotels, but every visitor has its preferences and budget. We divided the Hotel Section in 3 categories to make you easier to choose your Hotel: 5 Stars Hotels, Design & 4 Stars Hotels, and Hostels. Buenos Aires is a cosmopolitan and open minded city, so you can stay in a normal hotel. They will be enough gay friendly. Travellers open the minds of people, and Buenos Aires because of the gay travellers boom that has been experiencing is getting more and more open and friendly everyday I f you have any case of discrimination, or close minded attitude, please let us know we will inmediatly remove that Hotel from our listing. The zone I usually recommend people to stay is Recoleta. This is the neighbourhood where the Gay Avenue is located, and some of the bars, and clubs (a few). Recoleta is also an upper medium and high income commercial and residential areas of Buenos Aires. Also Palermo can be a good area to stay, you have lots of restaurants, design and clothes stores and bars. Palermo SoHo for example is very friendly area. The traditional tourist hotel are is Downton. I usually advice people to avoid staying in Downtown where no one lives, because you have less people on the streets at night, and because areas like Florida St. in Downtown are plagued with highly sophisticated "tourist traps". In Recoleta area you have Hotels for all budgets. Some not too expensive Hotels, like Bel Air Hotel or and the Kempinsky Hotels. You have also some cheaper, but very well located hotels in the area near Santa Fe Avenue. In the same area you have also Alvear Palace Hotel (the most expensive in the city, U$S 300 per night). In Palermo, there is a gem called Bourguois Bohemian Hotel located in the middle of the Soho, but also 4 blocks from Santa Fe Avenue or the Metro/Underground system. Another option in Recoleta is to rent an apartment. Rates for apartment rentals start from U$S 45 per night / U$S 250 per week. We can help you to book this option, just visit our Apartments Section, and fill the booking form. We can also help you choosing and booking your Hotel during your stay in Buenos Aires: |
