Bulnes Class, Bulnes 1250, Palermo Tel # 4861-7492. Thur After Office at 19 hs, Fri and Sat after 23 hs. Trendy Gay Lounge & Bar located half o block from Cordoba Avenue. The bar opened last year, and it became very popular. This place is nicer, bigger and has better music than other bars, but I prefered it when it wasn't so packed and you didn't have to make a big line to get in.

SITGES Av. Córdoba 4119 - Palermo, Phone # 4861-3763 Wed-Sun from 22.30 Sitges is the biggest Gay bar of Buenos Aires. Has a mixed crowd of gays and lesbians in their 20's / 30's. Drag shows on weekdays. It gets very crowded on weekends after 1 AM. The pub is two blocks from AMERIK disco.

FLUX BAR Marcelo T. Alvear 980 - Retiro, Mon Wed and Thur opens at 6 PM, Sat & Sun opens at 8 PM, Tuesdays is closed. This bar was opened last year by two expats living in Buenos Aires Jamie and Illia. We will see they can convince porteños to go out earlier. The opening Thursday August 4, 2005, 6 PM.

Kim y Novak Güemes 4900 - Palermo Soho - Phone # 4773-7521. This "underground" bar located in what used to be the transvestite red light district of Buenos Aires, congregates a bizarre mix of people, you may find there local reality TV fallen stars, artistry boys, transvestites, bloggers, among others.

Gout Cafe - Juncal 2124, Recoleta.Tel # 4825-8330. The modern cafe and deli is very gay friendly . Very nice atmosphere, inspired in Paris cafes. They have great pastries. The place is brand new and is owned and managed by a very nice gay argentine couple

Pride Cafe - Balcarce 869, Giuffra corner, San Telmo.Tel # 4300-6435. This is one of the few gay places that is open during the day. If you are visiting San Telmo / Downtown area you can make an stop to have your Queer coffee, home made cakes, or a special sandwich.

Casa Brandon - Luis María Drago 236 (between Julian Alvarez and Lavalleja), Villa Crespo. Casa Brandon is a space created by the organizers of the Brandon parties, where you can watch movies, videos, listen to good music, enjoy art exhibits (paintings and photographs), eat, drink. A space that it tries promote art related to the issue of sexual diversity; defending our right to generate alternatives.

CONTRAMANO Rodríguez Peña 1082, Recoleta. Sun 10 PM - 5 AM, Wed & Thur 12 PM - 5 AM, Fri & Sat 0-6 AM. Originally the nightclub for mature people, Contramano reopened on May 27, 2005 as a Pub / Bar Cafe. The average age of the public ranges from 40 to 60. Secret Cordoba Av. 4185, Palermo, Phone # 4861-2961. Opens Tue - Sun from 20 hs. Goddess has a bar on the ground floor, and a dance floor upstairs. Gets crowded of very young porteños.

Parada Obligada, Charcas 4338, Palermo , Fri- Sun This is a new bar with dark room. The people that assists is in their mid 30`s to 40`s.
