Day Trips from Buenos Aires.

In addition to Buenos Aires, Argentina has incredible natural attractions to discover. We can help you plan your visit to any of these incredible destinations, set up adventure sports trips, or an interesting day trip outside of the city.

Day Trips from Buenos Aires:

Colonia del Sacramento (Uruguay)

Colonia, UruguayThis is a popular day trip among visitors to Buenos Aires. Colonia is a peaceful small colonial town declared a World Heritage City by UNESCO. For Europeans, their hometown maybe older than Colonia, so it makes more sense to visit Montevideo instead. To get there you have to take Buquebus Ferry next to Puerto Madero.

You have two types of Ferry, the faster one takes only one hour to arrive to Colonia, the slower one takes almost 3 hours.

Price of Ferry Ticket :  U$S 33 (slow boat) to U$S 56 (fast boat) www.buquebus.com

El Tigre

This is another typical day trip from Buenos Aires. You can take the Tren de la Costa, visiting train stations furnished in an old English-style. San Isidro, the biggest train station, is the only outdoor mall in Argentina. This commercial area has movie theaters, restaurants of different styles and menus, and many shops.

The ride ends in Delta Station where the greatest amusement park in South America, "Parque de la Costa", invites you to enjoy the attractions and shows.
